Tabernacle

Dwelling place of God; tent of meeting; “Make me a sanctuary, that I may dwell among them” (Ex 25:8). It was the dwelling- place of the holy Yahweh in the midst of His people; also, the place of His “meeting” with them.

Tail

False prophets and doctrines (Isaiah 9:14-15, Deuteronomy 28:13,44); Lying spirits whose leader is the angel of the bottomless pit (Revelation 9:10 & 19; Satan lies "drew the third part of the stars of heaven..." (Revelation 12:4); something that follows or takes the last place; a train of followers; the end of a line of persons or things; limitation of the inheritance of an estate to a particular party; the time of the last part of something.

Tea

A beverage made out of dried leaves from an evergreen shrub having fragrant white flowers. Made as beverage by infusion in boiling water.

Teacher

Jesus Christ, Holy Spirit, part of the Five-fold ministry gifts (Ephesians 4:11-13); instructor, trainer, mentor, etc.

Teeth

Represent decisions. Teeth Problems: longstanding indecisiveness. Inability to break down ideas for analysis and decisions. Root Canal: Can’t bite into anything anymore. Root beliefs being destroyed. Impacted Wisdom Teeth: Not giving yourself mental space to create a firm foundation.

Television

Spiritual sight & understanding. Negative: Imaginations (playing back images of the past); entertainment; fleshly cravings & desires; fleshly spirit; love of the world. A television has channels; therefore, it can represent channeling spirits (allowing evil spirits to influence you).

Temple

House; dwelling; Christ's body which we are; used of a company of Christians; a Christian church, as dwelt in by the Spirit of God; the bodies of Christians; of the Lord God Almighty and the Lamb, as the “Temple” of the new and heavenly Jerusalem. Negative: a shrine; heathen- shrine containing the idol. (Scriptures: John 2:19, 2 Corinthians 6:16, 1 Corinthians 3:16, 6:19, Revelation 3:12, 7:15, Ephesians 2:21).

Tennessee

Of Cherokee origin; the exact meaning is unknown. Known as: “The Volunteer State”. Motto: “Agriculture and Commerce”. Capital: Nashville.

Tennis

A back-and-forth conflict over responsibility, changes or challenges in your life. Going back and forth between choices.

Idiom:
• "The ball is in your court" – it’s your responsibility now, it’s up to you.

Tennis Court

Choose a side in a challenge; executing God’s Word.

Tension

The act of stretching or straining to stiffness – as different degrees of tension in chords give different sounds; the greater the tension the more acute the sound.

• "Acute" – sharp at the end; (fig.) applied to mental powers; penetrating; having nice discernment, perceiving or using minute distinctions; opposed to dull or stupid; (applied to the senses); having nice or quick sensitivity, having power to feel or perceive small objects.
• "Acuteness" - (fig.) the faculty of nice discernment or perception; applied to the senses, or he understanding. By an acuteness of feeling, we perceive small objects or slight impressions.

Negative: Mental, emotional, or nervous strain, enmity, ill feeling, friction, pressure, anxiety, apprehension, and stress.

Texas

From an Indian word meaning “friends”. Known as: “The Lone Star State”. Motto: “Friendship”. Capital: Austin.

Symbol of equalizing our walk; procreative power.

Thorns

Cares of this world and deceitfulness of riches; A disability; a thorn in the flesh (something that annoys or irritates and is used to produce humility); Evil men doing evil deeds, “the sons of Belial [name means wickedness, foolishness, evil] shall be all of them as thorns” (2 Samuel 23:6). (Scriptures: Matthew 13:22, Jeremiah 4:3, 2 Corinthians 12:7, Micah 7:4).

Throat

Avenue of expression. Channel of creativity. Throat Problems: The inability to speak up for one’s self. Swallowed anger. Stifled creativity. Refusal to change. Sore throat: Holding in angry words. Feeling unable to express the self.

Throne (See Seat, Chair)

Exalted place; seat of authority; stool; His seat of authority; Christ; a chair of state having a footstool; to kings - for kingly power, royalty; to God, the governor & King of the world; the divine power belonging to Christ; to the Messiah, the partner and assistant in the divine administration; of one who holds dominion or exercises authority; seat of honor; royal chair; when the king or elders assembled to administer justice, they sat on the throne of justice; associated with honor; soldiers who set up their chairs; the throne of David; manifested the glory of the king, Solomon’s “throne” was an artistic product with ivory inlays, the wood covered with a layer of fine gold; of the increase of his government and peace there shall be no end, upon the throne of David, and upon his kingdom; to establish it with judgment and with justice from henceforth even forever; kingship; God reigns over the heathen: God sitteth upon the throne of his holiness; God as the ruler who was seated on a throne; dominion; sovereignty; to subject, to reduce under one’s power. God’s voice; To express violently, commandingly, or angrily; roar; to express loudly or vehemently; thunder is produced from lightning (sudden electric discharge – power). (Scriptures: Exodus 5:2, 9:28-29 & 33, 19:16).

Jupiter – (Zeus) god of sky and thunder; “sky father”; symbols are thunderbolt, eagle and oak tree.

Thymus Gland

Feeling attacked by life. They are out to get me.

Thyroid Gland

Humiliation. I never get to do what I want to do. When is it going to be my turn? - Hyperthyroid: Rage at being left out.

Tickets

A paper slip or card indicating that its holder has paid for or is entitled to a specified service, right, or consideration; to provide with a ticket for passage or admission; An identifying or descriptive tag; label; a certifying document; license. Negative: To serve (a person) with a notice of legal violation.

Tics, Twitches

Fear. A feeling of being watched by others.

Tiger

Danger; powerful minister (both good & evil), soul power, demonic spirit.

Tightrope

An extremely precarious course or situation. To be in a difficult situation that demands careful and considered behavior.

Idiom:
• "To walk a tightrope" - to be in a situation where one must be very cautious. To do something that requires extreme care and precision; to navigate a situation that allows very little or no error.

Tin

Worthlessness; weakness.

Tinnitus / Ringing in the Ears

Refusal to listen. Not hearing the inner voice. Stubbornness.

Toes

Represent the minor details of the future.

Toilet

Laver; cleansing. Flushing – getting rid of the toxic thoughts. Negative: Toilet clogged - this represents holding on to or retaining toxic thoughts, and overflowing – which represents toxic thoughts or words (lower waters - piss and urine) that are issuing out of our hearts or mouths, instead of praying through to allow the Holy Spirit and God’s Word to cleanse your thoughts and heart.

Tomato

kindness, the heart of God; big hearted; generous.

Tongue

Represents the ability to taste the pleasures of life with joy.

Tonsillitis

Fear. Repressed emotions. Stifled creativity.

Topaz

Description:
• A colorless, blue, yellowish brown, or pink, aluminum silicate (mineral). The yellow graduating to pink are the most valued.
• Mined primarily in Brazil. Fine topaz is not widely used in jewelry due to the cost and rarity of it.

Meaning: Beauty, worthiness, precious gem and seasonable. (Exodus 28:13,17, 39:10, Job 28:12,19, Ezekiel 28:13, Revelation 21:20).

Torment

Great physical pain or mental anguish; a source of harassment, annoyance, or pain; the torture inflicted on prisoners in interrogation; to agitate or upset greatly; pester; a severe affliction.

Tortoise

Slow moving; slow change; steady; old; old way of doing something; wise.

Trailer

Speaks of spiritual movement. Someone who lags behind – trails; who takes more time than necessary; becomes a heavy burden. To fail to keep up with, to proceed or develop at a slower pace than another. A condition of weakness or slackening [last man]. Fall behind in movement or development.

Trash Can

A place or receptacle where rubbish is discarded (worthless, useless, or unwanted matter; refuse; nonsense; inferior; vile; waste material; that which defiles the heart).

Travail (see Groaning)

Tribulation; intercession; birthing - the labor of childbirth. Painful or excessive labor or exertion. (Scriptures: Galatians 4:19, Romans 8:26).

Treasure

Store house; in Jesus Christ are hidden all the treasures of wisdom and knowledge; Gospel faith is the treasure of the just; earthen vessels; the fear of the Lord is a treasure; hidden treasure of heaven of wisdom and knowledge; Kingdom of God and heaven; place for storing valuables; possessed or hidden; something of value; heart. (Scriptures: Matthew 6:21, Colossians 2:3,
2 Corinthians 4:7).

Leaders; mature believers; steady; humanity.

Tribe

Both originally meaning a rod or branch. A family, race, or series of generations, descending from the same progenitor, and kept distinct as in the case of the twelve tribes of Israel.

Various heavy motor vehicles designed for carrying or pulling loads.

Trumpet

A clear word of God.

Trumpet Call

Calling forth leaders (one trumpet sounded); calling forth congregation (trumpets sounded); clear Word of God; Jubilee (freedom from debt); Gathering of God’s elect; call to war – sound an alarm. (Scripture: Numbers 10:1-10; Joel 2:1, 15-17; 1 Corinthians 15:52; 1 Thessalonians 4:16).

Tuberculosis

Wasting away from selfishness. Possessive. Cruel thoughts. Revenge.

Tuesday

Mars – god of war; agricultural guardian.

Turkey

Foolish; clumsy; dumb; thanksgiving.

Idiom:
• "Let’s talk turkey" - To speak frankly about the basic facts of a matter.

Turtle

A reptile. Compared to a lizard, moving slowly, unclean.

Turtledove

Turtledoves and pigeons were the only birds that could be offered in sacrifice, being usually selected by the poor. The dove was the symbol of reconciliation with God (Genesis 8:8-10) and has since been the emblem of peace. It is a symbol of tender and devoted affection (Song of Solomon 1:15; 2:14) and likewise of mourning (Isaiah 38:14, 59:11). The dove symbolizes the Holy Spirit that descended upon our Savior at His baptism with the peculiar hovering motion that distinguishes the descent of a dove (Matthew 3:16; Mark 1:10, Luke 3:22, John 1:32).

Twins

Double blessing or anointing. Negative: double trouble
